On-Set & Studio Wellness for the Film Industry

Posture correction, physical relief, and stress resets designed for production schedules.
Long hours on set, heavy lifting, editing desk fatigue, and high-pressure deadlines take a heavy physical toll on creative teams. When your crew is exhausted, compressed, and running on empty, it impacts the entire production fluid.
Having spent 15 years working within the film industry before transitioning into wellness, I know the exact architecture of a production layout. I design targeted corporate packages that fit seamlessly into studio schedules or on-set downtime, giving your crew a direct physical reset.
What We Deliver
Our corporate sessions require zero prior yoga experience and are tailored to the immediate physical needs of media professionals:
The Posture Reset (Desk & Set Fatigue): Focused Flow Yoga sequences designed to open up compressed lower backs, release shoulders strained by heavy equipment, and reverse "screen neck" stiffness.
Nervous System Regulation: Practical, simple breathwork techniques to lower cortisol, dissolve high-stress adrenaline, and improve focus during intense shoot weeks or tight editing deadlines.
Flexible Delivery: Sessions can be hosted directly at your production office, inside your studio layout, or block-booked at premium private movement spaces across West London and the SW1 district.
Corporate Retainer Pricing & Packages
We work with production companies and creative agencies on a rolling monthly retainer framework to fit seamlessly into changing shoot schedules.
The Studio Wellness Retainer | £1,500 per month
4 Private Group Sessions per month: Structured as one 60-minute on-site posture reset and stress-release session per week for your crew (up to 15 people).
Production-Schedule Flexibility: Because timelines shift, unused sessions can be rolled over or combined into a 2-hour "Half-Day Intensive Block" during intense edit weeks or wrap days.
Custom Posture Blueprint: Tailored movement tracks specifically designed to reverse the physical fatigue of your specific crew (e.g., camera operators carrying weight vs. editors sitting at desks).
